Delivery to Europe is £10 and £20 for the rest of the world.

We are doing our best to get your Jessica Choay design to you as soon as possible. As most of our designs are made to order, please allow 14 working days between the date of your order and delivery.

We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

If you need your design before then, please send us an email before placing your order and we will do our best to make it a priority.

If your shipping address is outside the European Union you may have to pay duties and taxes upon arrival of your order. These vary and we do not have any control over them. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

We offer a 14 days return policy. Your satisfaction is great value to us but if you are not completely satisfied with your designs, simply return them to us within this time for a refund. For more information on our return policy please visit our Online terms of sale page.

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice as long as the shipment is tracked.
